वार्षिक परीक्षा 2027 में नियमित एवं स्वतंत्र कोटि के रूप में परीक्षा में सम्मिलित होने वाले छात्र / छात्राओं, जिन्हें सत्र 2026-2027 के लिए पंजीकृत किया गया हैं, का ऑनलाइन परीक्षा आवेदन उनके विद्यालय के प्रधान के द्वारा भरा जाएगा एवं परीक्षा के मद में है जमा किया जाएगा। ऐसे पंजीकृत छात्र / छात्राओं का डाटा संबंधित विद्यालय के यूजर आई0डी0 पोर्टल पर उपलब्ध एवं अपलोड रहेगा। इसके अनुसार संबंधित परीक्षार्थी, जिसका परीक्षा आवेदन ऑनलाइन भरा जाना है, उसके नाम के सामने अंकित बॉक्स में क्लिक करते हुए Select कर विद्यालय के प्रधान संबंधित परीक्षार्थियों के परीक्षा आवेदन-पत्र भरेंगे।
बेटरमेंट कोटि के परीक्षार्थियों के इंटरमीडिएट के अनुरूप परीक्षा आवेदन भरने एवं परीक्षाफल जारी करने के संबंध में आवश्यक निर्देश
- वार्षिक माध्यमिक परीक्षा, 2027 के लिए बेटरमेन्ट (समुन्नत) कोटि के छात्र, छात्राओं का गत् वर्ष की भांति इंटरमीडिएट के अनुरूप ऑनलाइन परीक्षा आवेदन भरा जायेगा।
- वार्षिक माध्यमिक परीक्षा, 2026 में उत्तीर्ण छात्र / छात्रा अपने किसी एक या एक से अधिक या सभी उत्तीर्ण विषयों में परीक्षाफल बेटरमेन्ट (समुन्नत) करने के लिए बेटरमेन बेट्रमेन्ट ससियुनत) कोटि, के रूप में सम्मिलित होना चाहते हों, तो अपने विद्यालय प्रधान के माध्यम से बेटरमेन्ट (समुन्नत) के रूप में ऑनलाइन परीक्षा आवेदन भर सकते हैं। बेटरमेन्ट कोटि में पूर्व के उत्तीर्ण विषय/विषयों में परिवर्तन करने का कोई प्रावधान नहीं है अर्थात् छात्र / छात्रा उसी विषय / की बेटरमेन्ट (समुन्नत) कोटि की परीक्षा में सम्मिलित होंगे, जिसमें वे पूर्व से उत्तीर्ण हैं। इस कोटि के परीक्षार्थी को इंटरनले एसेसमेंट / प्रायोगिक परीक्षा में सम्मिलित होने की आवश्यकता नहीं है। इसका पूर्व वर्ष का प्राप्तांक Carry On किया जाता है।
- वार्षिक माध्यमिक परीक्षा, 2026 के उत्तीर्ण छात्र /छात्रा के लिए ही वार्षिक माध्यमिक परीक्षा, 2027 में बेटरमेंट का कोटि के रूप में सम्मिलित होने हेतु परीक्षा आवेदन भरा जा सकता है क्योंकि इंटरमीडिएट में उत्तीणरता वर्ष के ठीक अगले वर्ष की वार्षिक परीक्षा में परीक्षार्थी को सम्मिलित होने का प्रावधान है, एक वर्ष GAP के बाद नही, जिसके अनुसार माध्यमिक परीक्षार्थियों के लिए भी व्यवस्था की गयी है। इस आधार पर वार्षिक माध्यनक परीक्षा, 2025 के उत्तीर्ण छात्र/छात्रा वार्षिक माध्यमिक परीक्षा, 2027 की परीक्षा में बेटरमेन्ट (समुन्नत) कोटि के रूप में सम्मिलित नहीं होंगे।
- बेटरमेंट कोटि के छात्र/छात्रा को परीक्षा में सम्मिलित होने हेतु परीक्षा शुल्क के साथ-साथ का प्रावधान है, जो स्वतः देय होगी। इसके लिन लय प्रधान के द्वारा परीक्षा शुल्क के साथ-साथ अनुमति शुल्क भी ऑनलाइन जमा करना अनिवार्य होगा।
- बेटरमेन्ट (समुन्नत) कोटि के छात्र/छात्रा के लिए विद्यालय प्रधान अपने पूर्व यूजर आई0डी0 एवं पासवर्ड के आधार पर समिति के पोर्टल पर लॉग-इन कर Annual Secondary Examination 2027 के लिंक पर जाकर Betterment ऑप्शन सेलेक्ट कर परीक्षार्थी का वर्ष, परीक्षा का रौल कोड, क्रमांक और पंजीयन संख्या अंकित , जिससे उस परीक्षार्थी का रण विवरण पोर्टल पर उपलब्ध हो जाएगा। साथ ही परीक्षार्थी के पूर्व परीक्षा क॑ सभी उत्तीर्ण विषयों को से करते हुए फोटो एवं हस्ताक्षर अपलोड कर विद्यालय प्रधान संबंधित अभ्यर्थी का परीक्षा आवेदन भरेंगे।
पूर्ववर्ती अभ्यर्थियों (Ex-Candidate) के लिए
माध्यमिक परीक्षा, 2025 एवं 2026 के लिए की पंजीकृत/अनुमति पत्र प्राप्त छात्र/छात्राओं का पंजीयन संख्या वार्षिक माध्यमिक परीक्षा, 2027 की परीक्षा में के रूप में सम्मिलित होने के लिए मान्य हैं। वैसे बता परीक्षार्थी / अभ्यर्थी, जो वार्षिक माध्यमिक परीक्षा, 2027 में सभी विषयों की परीक्षा में सम्मिलित होना चाहते हैं, उनके पूर्व के पंजीयन के आधार पर ही वार्षिक माध्यमिक परीक्षा, 2027 के लिए उनके सभी विषयों के लिए विद्यालय प्रधान द्वारा परीक्षा आवेदन ऑनलाइन भरा जायेगा और परीक्षा शुल्क भी जमा किया जायेगा।

इस कोटि के परीक्षार्थी, जो पूर्व वर्ष की परीक्षा में सम्मिलित होकर फेल हुए है, जिन्हें इंटरनल परीक्षा के रत में अंक प्राप्त है, को इंटरनल / एसेसमेंट परीक्षा में सम्मिलित होने की आवश्यकता नहीं है। इसका पूर्व वर्ष का प्राप्तांक Carry On किया जाता है। किन्तु जो परीक्षार्थी पंजीकृत होने के उपरांत वाषिक माध्यमिक परीक्षा, 2027 में पहली बार सम्मिलित होंगे, उन्हें इंटरनल एसेसमेंट / प्रायोगिक परीक्षा में सम्मिलित होना अनिवार्य होगा।
कम्पार्टमेंटल कोटि एवं एकल विषय (अंग्रेजी) के रूप में सम्मिलित होने वाले परीक्षार्थियों के लिए
वैसे परीक्षार्थी, जो वार्षिक माध्यमिक परीक्षा, 2025 एवं वार्षिक माध्यमिक परीक्षा, 2026 में सम्मिलित होकर एक / दो विषय अथवा एकल विषय अंग्रेज़ी में अनुत्तीर्ण रहे हो, वैसे परीक्षार्थी भी अगर वार्षिक माध्यमिक परीक्षा, 2027 में उक्त अनुत्तीर्ण एक/दो विषय या एकल विषय (अंग्रेजी) की कम्पार्टमेन्टल बाहय परीक्षा में सम्मिलित होना चाहते हों, तो उनका परीक्षा आवेदन विद्यालय प्रधान भरेंगे और परीक्षा शुल्क भी जमा करेंगे। इस कोटि के परीक्षार्थी को इंटरनल एसेसमेंट / प्रायोगिक परीक्षा में सम्मिलित होने आवश्यकता नहीं है। इसका पूर्व वर्ष का प्राप्तांक ही Carry On किया जाता है। उक्त कोटि के परीक्षार्थी को श्रेणी ग्रेस अंक एवं अन्य सुविधा का लाभ देय नहीं होगा।
इस कोटि के परीक्षार्थियों का विद्यालय प्रधान स्वयं परीक्षा आवेदन भरेंगे, इसके लिए वे अपने यूजर आई0डी0 एवं पासवर्ड से लॉग-इन करेंगे। लॉग–इन करने के पश्चात् विद्यालय के डैश बोर्ड के दायीं ओर Annual Secondry Examination 2027 के लिंक पर Compartmental ऑप्शन सेलेक्ट करेंगे। परीक्षार्थी का वर्ष 2025 एवं 2026 परीक्षा का रौल कोड, क्रमांक एवं पंजीयन अंकित करेंगे, जिससे उस परीक्षार्थी का पूर्ण विवरण उपलब्ध हो जाएगा, विद्यालय प्रधान संबंधित परीक्षार्थी के विवरण को जाँच कर Submit करते हुए परीक्षा आवेदन भरेंगे।
मैट्रिक परीक्षा एप्लीकेशन फॉर्म भरने के लिए उम्र सीमा
जिन छात्रों ने बिहार बोर्ड मैट्रिक परीक्षा में पंजीकरण कराया है उनकी आयु 1 मार्च, 2027 को 14 वर्ष होनी चाहिए। इस आयु से कम आयु के छात्रों का आवेदन रद्द कर दिया जाएगा और जमा शुल्क भी वापस नहीं किया जाएगा। इसके लिए 1 मार्च 2011 के बाद जन्मतिथि वाले छात्र मैट्रिक परीक्षा 2027 के लिए पंजीकरण करा सकते हैं। सक्षम प्राधिकारी के आदेश के बिना जन्मतिथि में 14 वर्ष पूरे करने के लिए स्कूल रिकॉर्ड में सुधार नियम के विरुद्ध है। इसके लिए 01 मार्च 2011 के बाद जन्मतिथि वाले उम्मीदवारों का वार्षिक माध्यमिक परीक्षा 2027 के लिए पंजीकरण नहीं किया जाएगा।
ऐसे कई मामले सामने आए हैं, जिनमें बिहार बोर्ड पंजीकरण/अनुमति आवेदन और फीस छात्रों द्वारा उनकी उम्र कम करके भर दी जाती है और प्रधानाध्यापकों द्वारा इसे नजरअंदाज कर दिया जाता है। यदि सही जन्म तिथि का उल्लेख नहीं किया गया है, तो एक चिकित्सा परीक्षा आयोजित करने का दायित्व है और परिणाम लंबित रखा जाता है। यदि ऐसे मामले साबित होते हैं तो संबंधित स्कूल के प्रधान जिम्मेदार होंगे और उनके खिलाफ कानूनी कार्रवाई करने की बाध्यता होगी। अतः ऑनलाइन पंजीकरण/अनुमति आवेदन पत्र में जन्म तिथि एवं निवास स्थान के बारे में सुनिश्चित होने के बाद ही प्रविष्टि करना आवश्यक होगा।
