हम आपको बताना चाहेंगे की येबिहार बोर्ड 9वीं रजिस्ट्रेशन फॉर्म 2025 2027, उन सभी छात्रों के लिए जारी किया गया हैं जो पिछली दफा आगामीमैट्रिक की वार्षिक परीक्षा 2027 के लिए रजिस्ट्रेशन फॉर्म भरने से वंचित हो गए थे। आपके जानकारी के लिए बता दें की, बिहार बोर्ड आधिकारिक द्वारा वर्ष 2025 में नौवीं कक्षा के छात्र यानि की जो छात्र वर्ष 2026 में दसवीं कक्षा में, और वर्ष 2027 में दसवीं वार्षिक परीक्षा में शामिल होने वाले हैं, के लिए दिनांक 18 नवंबर 2025 तक रजिस्ट्रेशन फॉर्म भरने का समय दिया था। किन्तु बहुत सारे छात्र इस फॉर्म को भरने से वंचित थे, इसलिए बिहार बोर्ड ने एक बार फिर छूटे हुए छात्रों को मौका देते हुए बीएसईबी 9वीं रजिस्ट्रेशन फॉर्म 2025 जारी किया हैं।

पंजीयन/अनुमति आवेदन से वंचित छात्र/छात्राओं के हित को ध्यान में रखते हुए समिति के वेबसाईट secondary.biharboardonline.com पर पंजीयन/अनुमति आवेदन ऑनलाइन भरने एवं शुल्क जमा करने हेतु दिनांक 18 नवंबर 2025 से 8 दिसंबर 2025 तक पुनः अवधि निर्धारित किया जाता है। यह भी स्पष्ट किया जाता है कि इस अवधि में किसी छात्र/छात्रा का पंजीयन/आवेदन पूर्व के निर्धारित अवधियों में भरा गया है, किन्तु किसी कारणवश निर्धारित शुल्क अभी तक जमा नहीं हुआ है, तो संबंधित विद्यालय के प्रधान द्वारा ऐसे छात्र/छात्राओं का बकाया शुल्क भी ऑनलाइन जमा किया जायेगा।

यहाँ यह भी स्पष्ट किया जाता है कि केवल मान्यता प्राप्त विद्यालयों के प्रधान द्वारा ही वैध छात्र/ छात्राओं का पंजीयन/अनुमति आवेदन भरा जायेगा एवं निर्धारित शुल्क जमा किया जायेगा। जिन विद्यालयों की मान्यता/संबद्धता रद्द/निलंबित/वापस ले ली गयी है, वैसे विद्यालयों से पंजीयन/अनुमति आवेदन कदापि नहीं भरा जायेगा। सभी मान्यता प्राप्त माध्यमिक विद्यालयों के प्रधान द्वारा ऑनलाइन पंजीयन/अनुमति आवेदन पत्र एवं शुल्क जमा करने के संबंध में निम्नांकित निदेशों का अनुपालन सुनिश्चित की जाएगी ताकि विद्यालयों के छात्र छात्राओं का पंजीयन/अनुमति आवेदन पत्र ससमय सुगमता से भरा जा सके।

विद्यार्थियों की पात्रता के संबंध में विशेष अनुदेश विद्यार्थियों की पात्रता के संबंध में विशेष अनुदेश 01 मार्च, 2027 को परीक्षार्थी की न्यूनतम आयु 14 (चौदह) वर्ष होनी चाहिए। इससे कम उम्र के छात्र/छात्राओं का आवेदन अस्वीकृत कर दिया जाएगा तथा इस मद में जमा शुल्क वापस नहीं किया जाएगा। 14 वर्ष पूरा करने हेतु विद्यालय अभिलेख में सक्षम पदाधिकारी के आदेश के बिना जन्म तिथि में सुधार किया जाना नियम के प्रतिकूल हैं। इसके लिए 01 मार्च, 2012 के बाद की जन्म तिथि के अभ्यर्थी वार्षिक माध्यमिक परीक्षा, 2027 के लिए पंजीकृत नहीं किये जायेंगे।

• पंजीयन /अनुमति आवेदन पत्र भरने के संदर्भ में :-
  • लॉग-इन के उपरान्त विद्यालय से संबंधित विवरणी का पेज खुलेगा जिसमें छात्र/छात्रा का विवरण भरकर Submit बटन पर क्लिक करेंगे।
  • Submit के उपरान्त छात्र/छात्रा का फोटो अपलोड पेज खुलेगा जिसमें छात्र/छात्रा अपना फोटो तथा हस्ताक्षर (निर्धारित साईज में) अपलोड कर Save बटन पर क्लिक करेंगे।

• भुगतान के सत्यापन के संबंध में :-
  • नगद भुगतान के स्थिति में चालान का जर्नल नम्बर सिस्टम में अंकित करना अनिवार्य है तथा जर्नल नम्बर प्रविष्ट करने के उपरान्त चालान की समिति की प्रति जिला शिक्षा पदाधिकारी के कार्यालय में निर्धारित तिथि तक अवश्य जमा करा देंगे एवं विद्यालय प्रति अपने पास सुरक्षित रखेंगे जिसकी आवश्यकता पड़ने पर उसे समिति के समक्ष प्रस्तुत करना अनिवार्य होगा।
  • ऑनलाईन भुगतान की स्थिति में पेमेंट कंफर्मेशन की प्रति प्रिंट कर भविष्य के लिए सुरक्षित रख लें। आवश्यकता पड़ने पर उसे बोर्ड के समक्ष प्रस्तुत करना होगा।
• शुल्क जमा करने की प्रक्रिया :- विद्यालय प्रधान, समिति द्वारा जिला शिक्षा पदाधिकारी के माध्यम से पूर्व में उपलब्ध कराये गये यूजर आईएडी0 एवं पासवर्ड के माध्यम से https://secondary.biharboardonline.com/ पर लॉग-इन कर पंजीयन, अनुमति शुल्क भुगतान के लिए “Make Payment” पर क्लिक करेंगे, जो वेबसाईट के होम पेज पर दाहिने भाग में “Quick Link” में उपलब्ध रहेगा। पंजीयन/अनुमति आवेदन शुल्क का भुगतान निम्नांकित माध्यम से किया जा सकता है :-
  • ऑनलाईन भुगतानः- ऑनलाईन पेमेन्ट डेबिट कार्ड/क्रेडिट कार्ड/नेट बैंकिंग के माध्यम से किया जा सकता है। विद्यालय के प्रधान द्वारा किये गये ऑनलाईन भुगतान के संबंध में अपने बैंक खाता से निकासी हुई है या नहीं इसकी जाँच कर स्वयं संतुष्ट हो लेंगे।
  • ई-चालान से नगद भुगतानः- पंजीयन,/अनुमति आवेदन शुल्क ई-चालान के माध्यम से इलाहाबाद बैंक के किसी भी शाखा में जमा कर सकते हैं। विद्यालय के प्रधान ई-चालान से भुगतान करते समय यह सुनिश्चित कर लेंगे कि किसी भी स्थिति में भुगतान सीधे समिति के खाते में नहीं कर ई-चालान में अंकित बैंक खाता में ही हो। ई-चालान पर कोई भी Account No लिखकर भुगतान न करें, यह अमान्य है। समिति द्वारा इसे स्वीकार नहीं किया जाएगा। इस तरह से भुगतान किये गये शुल्क की जवाबदेही केवल विद्यालय प्रधान की होगी। प्रत्येक चालान का अलग-अलग भुगतान आवश्यक है। किसी भी स्थिति में कई चालान में अंकित राशि का भुगतान एक चालान से नहीं किया जाय।
• NEFT के माध्यम से भुगतान :- विद्यालय प्रधान ‘धष्मश’ पर अंकित खाता संख्या, IFSC एवं Total Amount के संबंध में भुगतान करने से पहले अवश्य जाँच कर लेंगे। Total Amount से कम या अधिक राशि होने पर ‘NEFT’ की प्रक्रिया पूर्ण नहीं हो पाएगी और राशि वापस उसी खाते में लौट जाएगी। विद्यालय के प्रधान NEFT का भुगतान कभी भी कई Payment Advice को मिलाकर एक बार में न करें।

विद्यालय के प्रधान, जिन छात्र/छात्राओं का पंजीयन/अनुमति आवेदन पत्र ऑनलाईन भरेंगे और निर्धारित शुल्क जमा करेंगे, वह प्रत्येक छात्र/छात्राओं के ऑनलाईन भरे गए पंजीयन/अनुमति आवेदन की तीन प्रतियाँ समिति के वेबसाईट से डाउनलोड करेंगे। दो प्रति अपने हस्ताक्षर/मुहर के साथ संबंधित छात्र,/छात्रा को उपलब्ध करा देंगे और तीसरी प्रति अपने कार्यालय में सुरक्षित रखेंगे।

ऑनलाईन पंजीयन, अनुमति आवेदन भरे जाने की प्रक्रिया

• विद्यालय के प्रधान के लिए समिति के वेबसाईट https://secondary.biharboardonline.com/ पर निदेश उपलब्ध रहेगा। विद्यालय के प्रधान समिति द्वारा जिला शिक्षा पदाधिकारी के माध्यम से पूर्व में उपलब्ध कराये गये यूजर आई0डी0 एवं पासवर्ड के आधार पर उक्त वेबसाईट पर लॉग-इन करने के लिये डिफॉल्ट यूजर आई0डी0- [email protected] का प्रयोग करेंगे।
• विद्यालय के प्रधान जिस बैंक के खाते से ‘NEFT‘ में शुल्क का भुगतान कर रहे हों उस बैंक का NEFT का निर्धारित शुल्क अलग से देय होगा। NEFT से भुगतान के लिए Payment Advise में अंकित राशि को उसमें अंकित Account No में जमा कराना अनिवार्य है।
• यदि NEFT से विद्यालय के प्रधान द्वारा किया गया भुगतान वापस पुनः उसी खाते में वापस आ जाता है, तो वह राशि उसी NEFT करने वाले बैंक के Suspense Account में जमा हो जाती है। अतः विद्यालय प्रधान ‘NEFT’ से राशि भुगतान करने के 24 घन्टे के उपरान्त उस बैंक से अवश्य सुनिश्चित हो लेंगे, कि उनके द्वारा किया गया भुगतान सफल हो गया है।
• यदि पहली बार किसी बैंक के Account से शिक्षण संस्थान के प्रधान द्वारा ‘धाफ्गा NEFT से भुगतान किया जा रहा हो तो उस बैंक में अपने Account का CIF नम्बर (स्पेशल कैरेक्टर रहित) जिसमें यदि कोई स्पेशल कैरेक्ट होता है, तो उस स्पेशल कैरेक्टर को हटाना आवश्यक होगा। तभी ‘NEFT’ से भुगतान किया जा सकेगा। इस संदर्भ में कोई आवश्यक जानकारी अपने बैंक से प्राप्त की जा सकती है।
• विद्यालय के प्रधान NEFT से मात्र Payment Advice पर अंकित Account No पर ही भुगतान करेंगे। किसी अन्य Account No. पर किया गया भुगतान मान्य नहीं होगा।
