वार्षिक माध्यमिक परीक्षा, 2027 (सत्र 2026-2027) में सम्मिलित होने के लिए कक्षा 10वीं में नामांकित नियमित एवं स्वतंत्र कोटि के विद्यार्थियों के लिए पंजीयन /अनुमति आवेदन भरे जाने एवं शुल्क (विलंब शुल्क के साथ) जमा करने हेतु दिनांक 10.06.2026 से 25.06.2026 तक अंतिम अवसर के संबंध में आवश्यक सूचना जारी किया गया हैं।
माध्यमिक स्तर की शिक्षा प्रदान करने वाले सभी मान्यता प्राप्त विद्यालयों के प्रधान, संबंधित विद्यार्थियों, उनके अभिभावक, जिला कार्यक्रम पदाधिकारी (माध्यमिक शिक्षा) तथा जिला शिक्षा पदाधिकारी को सूचित किया जाता है कि वार्षिक माध्यमिक परीक्षा, 2027 (सत्र 2026-2027) के लिए 09वीं कक्षा में विधिवत् नामांकित / नियमित रूप से अध्ययनरत् एवं स्वतंत्र कोटि के विद्यार्थियों का संबंधित विद्यालय के प्रधान के माध्यम से दिनांक 18 सितम्बर 2025 तक समिति की वेबसाईट secondary.biharboardonline.com पर ऑनलाईन पंजीयन आवेदन भरने एवं शुल्क जमा करने हेतु अवसर प्रदान किया गया था।
उक्त अवधि में पंजीयन/अनुमति आवेदन से वंचित छात्र/छात्राओं के हित को ध्यान में रखते हुए पंजीयन/अनुमति आवेदन भरे जाने एवं शुल्क (विलम्ब शुल्क के साथ) जमा करने हेतु दिनांक 10 जून 2026 से 25 जून 2026 तक अंतिम अवसर प्रदान किया जाता है। इस अवधि में मान्यता प्राप्त माध्यमिक विद्यालयों के प्रधान समिति की वेबसाईट http:isecondary.biharboardonline.com से अपने User ID और Password का उपयोग करे हुए पंजीयन / अनुमति से वंचित विद्यार्थियों का ऑनलाईन पंजीयन / आवेदन भर सकते हैं एवं शुल्क जमा कर हैं।

यहाँ यह भी स्पष्ट किया जाता है कि केबल मान्यता प्राप्त विद्यालयों के प्रधान द्वारा हो वैध छात्र/ छात्राओं का पंजीयन / अनुमति आवेदन ऑनलाईन भरा जायेगा एवं निर्धारित शुल्क (विलम्ब शुल्क के साथ) जमा किया जायेगा। जिन विद्यालयों की मान्यता /संबद्धता रद/ निलबित / वापस ले ली गयी है, वैसे से पंजीयन / अनुमति आवेदन कदापि नहीं भरा जायेगा। साथ ही किसी भी परिस्थिति में ऑनलाईन पंजीयन / अनुमति आवेदन भरने के दरम्यान छात्र / छात्रा एवं उनके माता-पिता के नाम तथा अन्य विवरणी के स्थान पर अंग्रेजी के वर्ण यथा – A, B, C, AB, BC, X, XY, XYZ आदि छ्दम एवं बेनामी नाम /डमी आंकड़े को प्रविष्टि नहीं को जाएगी। ऐसा पाये जाने पर इस तरह के पंजीयन /अनुमति आवेदन को रद्द करते हुए विद्यालय प्रधान के विरूद्ध कठोर कार्रवाई की जाएगी।
Bihar Board Registration Form 2026 10th विलम्ब शुल्क साथ में होगा जमा
विगत कई वर्षों में कुछ विद्यार्थियों का पंजीयन / परीक्षा आवेदन भरने के उपरांत निर्धारित शुल्क कतिपय विद्यालय के प्रधान द्वारा जमा नहीं करने के कारण कई विद्यार्थियों का परीक्षाफल काफी अधिक समय तक लंबित रहता है, जो उचित नहीं है।
इसलिए इस वर्ष से यह प्रावधान किया गया है कि जितने विद्यार्थियों का पंजीयन,/अनुमति आवेदन भरा जाएगा, उतने विद्यार्थियों की संख्या के आधार पर निर्धारित शुल्क (विलम्ब शुल्क के साथ) विद्यालय के प्रधान द्वारा प्रथमतः जमा किया जाएगा। इसके उपरांत ही पंजीयन //अनुमति आवेदन स्वीकार किए जाएंगे।
Bihar Board 10th Registration Form 2025 पंजीकृत छात्र होंगे परीक्षा में शामिल
वार्षिक माध्यमिक परीक्षा, 2027 (सत्र 2026-2027) में सम्मिलित होने वाले विद्यार्थियों का उन्हीं विषय के साथ परीक्षा आवेदन एवं शुल्क स्वीकार किया जाएगा, जिन विषयों के साथ विधार्थी पंजीकृत होंगे। इसमे विशेष सावधानी बरतने की आवश्यकता है कि पंजीयन अनुमति आवेदन भरते समय कोई त्रुटि ना हो। शिक्षा की गुणवत्ता बनाये रखने हु यह आवश्यक है कि नियम संगत एवं वैध वाले छात्र /छात्राओं का ही पंजीयन / अनुमति वार्षिक माध्यमिक परीक्षा, 2027 (सत्र 2026-2027) के लिए विधिवत हो और इसमें किसी भी प्रकार की चूक अथवा त्रुटि नहीं होने पाये। बाद में किसी भी तरह के संशोधन, परिवर्तन की स्वीकृति नहीं दी जाएगी।
पंजीयन,/अनुमति आवेदन प्रपत्र के कॉलम-16 में अभ्यर्थी का आधार नंबर अंकित किया जाएगा। यदि अभ्यर्थी को आधार कार्ड / नंबर आवंटित नहीं हुआ है, तो इस आशय की घोषणा कॉलम-17 में अनिवार्य रूप से की जाएगी। इस विषय में कॉलम-16 एवं 17 में स्पष्ट निदेश अंकित है।
व्यावसायिक शिक्षा के लिए भी पंजकृत हो सकते हैं इक्छुक छात्र
वाषिक माध्यमिक परीक्षा, 2026 से व्यावसायिक शिक्षा अंतर्गत ऐच्छिक विषय के रूप सुरक्षा (Security), ब्यूटिशियन (Beautician), दूरिज्म (Tourism), ऑटोमोबाईल (Automobile), Rea मैनेजमेंट (Retail Management), इलेक्ट्रॉनिक्स एण्ड हार्डवेयर (Electronics & H/W), ब्यूटि वेलनेस (Beauty & Wellness), टेलीकॉम (Telecom) एवं आई0टी0 / आई0टीज0 (IT/ITes) ट्रेड को आठवें के रूप में शामिल किया गया है।
व्यावसायिक शिक्षा अंतर्गत उक्त विषयों / ट्रेडों के पठन-पाठन की व्यवस्था के लिए जिले में विद्यालयों को चिन्हित किया गया है | ऐसे विद्यालयों की सूची समिति के पोर्टल / वेबसाईट पर प्रदर्शित की गयी है। इन विद्यालयों में इस विषय / ट्रेड का अध्ययन कर रहे छात्र / छात्रा के द्वारा ही इनमें से किसी एक का चयन कर परीक्षा में शामिल होना अनिवार्य है। राज्य / जिला के अन्य विद्यालयों के छात्र / छात्राओं के द्वारा इन विषयों का चयन नहीं किया जाएगा | पंजीयन आवेदन प्रपत्र के स्तंभ-25 में इसका उल्लेख किया गया है। चिन्हित विद्यालयों में अध्ययनरत् छात्र / छात्राओं के द्वारा इसमें से एक का चयन करते हुए संबंधित बॉक्स में (√) किया जाएगा।
सभी संबंधित विद्यालय प्रधान को विशेष रूप से सूचित किया जाता है कि अपने विद्यालय के अह्तता प्राप्त छात्र और छात्राओं के द्वारा भरें पंजीयन/अनुमति आवेदन के सतकतापूर्वक जाँच करने के उपरांत ही अपनी निगरानी एवं देख-रेख में समिति के पोर्टल पर अपलोड करना सुनिश्चित करेंगे। साथ ही साथ इसकी एक प्रति भी अनिवार्य रूप से संधारित करेंगे ताकि किसी भी तरह के त्रुटि के सुधार की स्थिति में आपके द्वारा इसकी सत्यापित प्रति समिति को उपलब्ध करायी जा सके। त्रुटिपूर्ण /अपूर्ण पंजीयन प्रपत्र पर अपलोड करने हेतु विद्यालय प्रधान पूर्णतः उत्तरदायी होंगे।
अत: अनुरोध है कि विशेष प्राथमिकता देते हुए पूरी सतर्कता के साथ वार्षिक माध्यमिक परीक्षा, 2027 (सत्र 2026-2027) के सही अभ्यर्थित्व वाले विद्यार्थियों के ऑनलाईन पंजीयन, अनुमति आवेदन भरवाने एवं शुल्क (विलम्ब शुल्क के साथ) जमा करवाने की सभी आवश्यक कार्रवाई सुनिश्चित किया जाए।
