बिहार बोर्ड के उच्च माध्यमिक स्तर की शिक्षा प्रदान करने वाले मान्यता प्राप्त सभी सरकारी / गैर सरकारी उच्च माध्यमिक विद्यालय, इंटर महाविद्यालय, गैर सरकारी डिग्री महाविद्यालय, अंगीभूत डिग्री महाविद्यालय में Online Facilitaiton System for Students (0855) के माध्यम से सत्र 2026-28 के लिए 11 वीं कक्षा में बिहार बोर्ड सहित केन्द्रीय एवं अन्य राज्य बोर्ड द्वारा आयोजित माध्यमिक परीक्षा में उत्तीर्ण विद्यार्थियों के ऑनलाईन नामांकन की सुविधा दी जा रही है।
विद्यार्थियों द्वारा 24 अप्रैल 2026 से 20 मई 2026 तक ऑनलाईन आवेदन किया जाना है। समाचार पत्रों में विज्ञप्ति के माध्यम से आवेदन दिये जाने की प्रक्रिया से विद्यार्थियों को अवगत कराया गया है, ताकि ऑनलाईन आवेदन देने के क्रम में उन्हें किसी प्रकार की कठिनाई न हो। 2018 के पूर्व में माध्यमिक परीक्षा में उत्तीर्ण परीक्षार्थियों को नामांकन के लिए इण्टरमीडिएट स्तर की शिक्षा प्रदान करने वाले विभिन्न शिक्षण संस्थानों में अलग-अलग Prospectus एवं आवेदन प्रपत्र का क्रय कर अलग-अलग संस्थानों के लिए अलग-अलग आवेदन जमा करना पड़ता था, जिसके कारण विद्यार्थियों को शारीरिक, मानसिक एवं अर्थिक कठिनाईयों का सामना करना पड़ता था।
साथ ही नामांकन प्रक्रिया में पारदर्शिता नहीं होने के कारण गरीब एवं मेधावी विद्यार्थियों को उनकी इच्छानुसार अच्छे शिक्षण संस्थानों में नामांकन होने में कठिनाई होती थी। इतना ही नहीं, किसी अन्य शहर में नामांकन के लिए उन्हें यात्रा भी करनी पड़ती थी और उस शहर में रहने के लिए अतिरिक्त खर्च भी उठाना पड़ता था। विद्यार्थियों को इस बात की भी सूचना नहीं मिलती थी कि महाविद्यालय अथवा विद्यालय में नामांकन के लिए कितनी सीटें हैं और न ही महाविद्यालय अथवा विद्यालय के आधारभूत संरचना की जानकारी उन्हें मिलती थी। साथ ही महाविद्यालयों को भी फार्म छापने, भरने से लेकर आवेदनों की प्रोसेसिंग करने इत्यादि में काफी समय एवं मानव संसाधन की आवश्यकता होती थी।
उल्लेखनीय है कि इस व्यवस्था के लागू होने से विद्यार्थियों को नामांकन कराने के लिए किसी संस्थान में व्यक्तिगत रूप से नहीं जाना होगा और न ही उन्हें हर संस्थान के लिए अलग से फॉर्म एवं पैसा जमा करना होगा। इस व्यवस्था के पूर्व नामांकन की प्रक्रिया में भी काफी समय लगता था क्योंकि प्रत्येक संस्थान द्वारा मैनुअल रूप से आवेदन की प्रोसेसिंग की जाती थी।
नामांकन की इस ऑनलाईन व्यवस्था के तहत इण्टरमीडिएट कक्षा में नामांकन कराने वाले किसी केन्द्रीय बोर्ड /राज्य बोर्ड से माध्यमिक एवं समकक्ष परीक्षा में उत्तीर्ण विद्यार्थी अपने मोबाईल पर इससे संबंधित मोबाईल एप्प डाउनलोड कर अथवा घर पर बैठे इंटरनेट से जुड़े कम्प्यूटर / लैपटॉप के माध्यम से अथवा अपने निकट के इंटरनेट कैफे से अथवा नजदीक के सुधा केन्द्र से अथवा जिला में अवस्थित जिला निबंधन सह परामर्श केन्द्र के माध्यम से आवेदन पत्र भरने की प्रक्रिया पूरी कर सकते हैं। ऑनलाइन नामांकन के लिए इच्छुक विद्यार्थी रजिस्ट्रेशन करते समय, न्यूनतम 10 एवं अधिकतम 20 शिक्षण संस्थानों में चयन हेतु विकल्प दे सकते हैं।
ऑनलाईन नामांकन हेतु रजिस्ट्रेशन से पूर्व इण्टरमीडिएट स्तर के शिक्षण संस्थानों में नामांकन हेतु संकायवार उपलब्ध सीट की संख्या तथा नामांकन से संबंधित अन्य विवरणी समिति के वेबसाईट www.ofssbihar.net पर जारी की जायेगी। ऑनलाईन नामांकन हेतु रजिस्ट्रेशन की प्रक्रिया 11 अप्रैल 2026 से प्रारंभ कर दी गयी हैं। OFSS Software के माध्यम से ऑनलाईन नामांकन करने के लिए समिति की वेबसाईट www.ofssbihar.net पर लिंक उपलब्ध रहेगा।
आवेदन करने के लिए विद्यार्थियों को कुल 350/- (साढ़े तीन सौ) की राशि जमा करनी होगी, जिसमें 150/- (डेढ़ सौ) आवेदन शुल्क एवं 200/- (दो सौ) महाविद्यालय/विद्यालय शुल्क निहित है। विदित हो कि विद्यार्थी शुल्क का भुगतान विभिन्न माध्यम यथा- HDFC Bank एवं Axis Bank में नगद राशि (ई-चालान के माध्यम से) अथवा किसी भी बैंक के नेट बैंकिंग अथवा डेबिट कार्ड अथवा क्रेडिट कार्ड के माध्यम से किया जा सकता है।
Bihar Board 11th Admission 2026 Process
विद्यार्थियों को ऑनलाईन आवेदन करते समय अपना मोबाईल नंबर तथा ई-मेल आईडी अनिवार्य रूप से देना होगा। विद्यार्थी अपना आधार नंबर यदि हो तो उसे अवश्य दर्ज करेंगे, अन्यथा आधार नहीं होने की स्थिति में इस संबंध में उन्हें घोषणा पत्र देना होगा। ऑनलाईन आवेदन करने के बाद विद्यार्थियों द्वारा दिये गये मोबाईल नंबर पर OTP (One Time Password) भेजा जायेगा। साथ ही, विद्यार्थियों को आवेदन करने के बाद मोबाईल तथा ई-मेल के माध्यम से हर Step की सूचना दी जायेगी, ताकि उन्हें किसी प्रकार की असुविधा नहीं हो। अपने मोबाईल एप्प के माध्यम से भी विद्यार्थी आवेदन करने के बाद के सभी चरण (Step) से अवगत हो सकेंगे।
ऑनलाईन आवेदन के उपरांत विद्यार्थियों द्वारा दिये गये विकल्प एवं उनके मेरिट के आधार पर समिति संस्थानवार एवं कोटिवार प्रथम Combined Merit List जारी करेगी, जिसके आधार पर नामांकन की प्रक्रिया शुरू की जायेगी। विद्यार्थी को किस संस्थान में कब और किस तिथि को नामांकन के लिए जाना है, इसकी भी जानकारी मोबाईल तथा ई-मेल के माध्यम से दी जायेगी। यदि इसके बाद भी संस्थानों में स्थान रिक्त रहता है तो समिति द्वारा दूसरी Combined Merit List जारी की जायेगी, जिसके आधार पर संस्थान शेष बचे सीटों पर नामांकन की प्रक्रिया पूरी करेंगे। इसके बाद भी यदि किसी संस्थान में सीट अर्थात स्थान खाली रह जाता है, तो समिति द्वारा तीसरा व अंतिम Combined Merit List जारी किया जायेगा; ताकि संस्थान शेष सीटों पर अपने यहाँ नामांकन की प्रक्रिया कर सकें।
इसके बावजूद भी यदि किसी संस्थान में सीट खाली रह जाता है, तो ऐसे संस्थान स्वयं विद्यार्थियों का नामांकन स्पॉट एडमिशन के लिए निर्धारित अवधि में वहाँ कर सकते हैं, परन्तु उसके लिए उन्हें संबंधित विद्यार्थियों का इस OFSS पोर्टल पर ऑनलाईन रजिस्ट्रेशन अनिवार्य रूप से करना होगा।
उल्लेखनीय है कि अगर आवेदक ने बिहार विद्यालय परीक्षा समिति, पटना से दसवीं की परीक्षा उतीर्ण की है तो उन्हें समिति द्वारा निर्गत यूनिक आई0डी0, दसवीं परीक्षा उतीर्ण करने का वर्ष, रोल कोड, रौल नम्बर एवं जन्म तिथि सुरक्षित रखना होगा। यदि यूनिक आईडी से ऑनलाइन डेटा प्रदर्शित नहीं होता है तो ऐसी स्थिति में विद्यार्थी को परीक्षा उतीर्ण करने का वर्ष, रौल कोड, रौल नम्बर एवं जन्म तिथि अंकित करना होगा।
